Selection Process
Prior to joining Ladies of Virtue, potential participants must attend a mandatory information session to understand what is required. We do not select girls based on academic achievements. Decisions are based on willingness to participate in all LOV activities, commitment to maintain good attendance, positive attitude and the number of openings available for the upcoming year. We target girls who are first generation college students, qualify for free/reduced lunch, and lacks social capital to help them navigate their journey during and after high-school.
