Jaidin Ross

Jaidin Ross, a native of Omaha, Nebraska, has dedicated over a decade to serving youth across Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotions with a minor in Mass Communications from Grand View University.

Jaidin began her career at Omaha’s Ruth K. Solomon Girls Program, where she played a key role in training incoming staff and developing innovative curriculum. She later served as an Education Specialist at Roosevelt High School in Des Moines, where she connected 11th and 12th-grade students with community job opportunities and delivered classroom instruction through Project-Based Learning.

Since joining Ladies of Virtue in 2023, Jaidin has been promoted to Program Support Specialist. She has inspired confidence and leadership in countless girls throughout the Chicagoland area and contributed to the planning and execution of the organization's signature events, including Black Girl Rest and Power to the Professional.

​

Jaidin is certified in Mental Health First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, and CPR, equipping her to provide holistic support to the youth she serves.

​

In her free time, Jaidin enjoys running, reading, and spending time with friends. Her passion for empowering young women and fostering personal growth continues to shine in her work with Ladies of Virtue.
