How It Works
Supporting Our Girls
Ladies of Virtue’s mentoring and leadership program provides culturally-relevant programming so our girls become confident and purpose-driven leaders. Our participants are exposed to prominent women from a wide variety of industries who share similar backgrounds as our girls. In addition, our sisters interact with mentors who take a hands-on, never give up approach, with the goal of building long-lasting relationships.

We also provide college and career readiness skills. We have toured colleges such as Howard University, Northwestern University, Spelman College, and the University of Illinois in Urbana – Champaign. In addition, we participate in career readiness luncheons, job shadows and host many fun and educational experiences.
